Process

HOW WE HIRE

Hiring process

Four rounds to learn how you think, build, and work with clients. Communication is weighted as heavily as coding. Each stage earns the next.

  1. Round 1 — Screen

    Resume review and a short screen on motivation, logistics, and fit — gatekeeping before deeper investment on both sides.

  2. Round 2 — Panel (CTO & CPO)

    Two people: product sense and scoping under ambiguity, plus a technical deep dive on architecture and live problem-solving.

  3. Round 3 — Final

    Values and behavioral conversation grounded in TRUST: Transparency, Respect, Useful, Steward and Tenacity.

  4. Round 4 — Offer

    References and clearance, then offer.
